Hello There--

This weekend I spent most of my time feeling like a chihuahua, very excited! The reason is that I have been gifted with and allowed to take home for my very own a Battle Mistress of my choosing!!! I have attended many gun shows where I have watched and learned about Busses, I have watched them glittering on the table in their utilitarian perfection and streamlined elegance while I drooled and admired, but now I have finally been able to join the ranks of the Busse Addicts!!!! I can't even begin to believe my good fortune!!! At this time I would like to thank Papa Thud for making it possible :) Let me describe the newwest addition to my family. She is Satin finished along the spine of the blade and around the handle. She prooudly bears the Busse logo on the upper right hand corner of her blade and has an enlarged choil. She has a crinkle finish and a tan handle and she is GORGEOUS! When I picked her up, I knew it was the start of a beautiful friendship ;) I plan to put her through her paces later this week helping the assistant manager in my apartment complex to bust up the furniture that people leave behind when they move out. I'm sorry I can't post a pic, but I'm just not equiped to do so, so I hope my description suffices. Oh, and I chose to put her in a black cordura sheath. But I'm very proud and very happy. Certify me as a knife nut, because I'm pretty sure it isn't overly reasonable to treat a tool of such awesome power like my favorite teddy bear, but she doesn't snore when she shares my pillow and NEVER steals the blankets. I just had to share all this with people who would understand :)

Yours in Nuclear Neurosis
