I can’t send DM for months

Extremely frustrated, I can’t even submit this request, they told me it’s spam like text.
I live in US, my account got nothing wrong.
Please help

"We" cannot. The mods have no ability to make software changes. Spark, who is the site owner and site Admin, might be able to fix it, if he can figure out what the root cause is.

I beleive it’s due to spam checking. I lowered the threshold for checking DMs to having 20 posts in the forums and that seems to have resolved most if not all of the issues

At your membership level you don't have DMs. Need to be at least Basic ($10 per year).
