I cannot get the pivot screws loose on my Manix 2....

They won't loosen or tighten and I put the blow dryer on them for 30 seconds. If their loctited there's no reason the loctite woudn't have loosened up from the heat. This knife has a good amount of blade play and it's really aggravating me so can someone please help?

Because of the pivot style (bushing) you won't be able to loosen it without having 2 drivers. Also, if it has blade play, contact Spyderco and have them look at it. Fixing it yourself might be a stretch.

Thanks for the info and I did contact Spyderco and I'm gonna send it in tomorrow.

Good call. I sent one in with a wicked off center blade. I had it back perfectly centered in 5 business days. Not too shabby. They'll treat you right.

Good call on sending it in. I think Spyderco can void your warranty if you take it apart yourself.
