I cant activate my Gold subscripton. No group to Join. PayPal payment shows complete

Hey guys,

Is there something I dont do right.

Paid with PayPal. I am in US. and status in PayPal is

Status:
Completed

But, there is no group for me to join and I am still not Gold Member.
