I can't delete all pm's from my inbox.

My PM inbox is full. I can't delete any PM's. I click on the yes box to delete all PM's...nothing happens. I've tried several times. Help.

Check the box to the right of "Inbox" (or "Sent Items") at the top of your list of messages. that should put a check mark in all the boxes to the right. Scroll down and click the "Selected Messages" drop down, tick "Delete", then click "Proceed". That should delete everything on that page (obviously check them individually if you wanna keep some). Is that what you're doing?
