I can't seem to find any laws regarding throwing stars, or throwing knives. I live in Maine and the law seems very vague. I am looking to purchase a set of Razor Claws and want to know if they are illegal or not. Sorry pretty new to this. If anyone could help me out, I'd appreciate it. The Razor claws are similar to throwing stars, they are like the caustic waste symbol and they detach into 2 seperate 3-bladed throwers.
