I can't GIVE my knife away!!

Earlier this week, I posted a giveaway for the guy with the best avatar. Tim Herman "came from behind" to win it. When I contacted him to give him the knife he suggested that it be given to a newbie with his compliments SO . . .

I have a CRKT companion that has had the BB finish removed with 1500 grit SC paper. (I was initially planning to take it to Nicaragua when I move next month and BB tends to rust more easily.) I will give it to a newbie under these conditions:

1) You must own fewer than five knives

2) You must have posted less than 50 times

If you meet these qualifications, guess a number between 1 and 100 and post it here. Sorry to all you regulars but Tim said a "newbie" and that is about the only way I know to do it.

Hi, I think i have less then 50 posts and if the knives I bought at the 98 cent store 10 years ago dont count I have less then 5 knives. Anyways, the magic number is 27. My e-mail is hummer784@aol.com incase I win. Thanks.

I have 2 spain made knives (Muela), a swiss folding blade (Steiner) and a Victorinox SAK (does the blade in my Gerber multitool counts?), it's no a great collection since I bought these all long before finding BladeForums and here in Mexico isn't easy to get the big brands. Now I'll try to get a Spyderco for my first real blade. Of course, besides my forthcoming CRKT.

I've read again the thread about the avatars contest and I've just realized you won't ship the knife outside USA. It seems I'm knocked out :confused:
