I can't seem to be able to change my user group

I have the same problem - I renewed my Gold membership for the Canadian exchange forum, but I can't seem to be able to change my user group. I think something needs to be done first for me to be able to change my user group.

Here's my order # : 80343

Would you be so kind as to lend a hand here ?

You're right, looks like the transaction hasn't gone through yet.

There's probably is a reason for how slow things seems to be - In the past I took out two one-year Gold memberships and activation while not instantaneous was fast. I was banking on a faster activation since some items really need to go.
