Just curious, are you intending to EDC this knife exclusively as a neck carry? Hope that works out for you. Have you perused Skystorm's Leather work for the BK-11?

It is great as a neck knife. Same as the 14. I believe what BFE was alluding to was that if you get an upgraded sheath, and some scales it transforms the knife completely into something better.

While I <3 my 11, my 14 actually sees more carry time. The handle is more comfortable and if you add the zytel scales it is even better.

You need a countersink bit Nsven. Those scales are awesome, and if you just countersink the screws a touch they would be a step above!

Yeah next time I am at the drill press I am going to drop them down just a fuzz more. When I was making the scales I countersunk the holes before my final sanding. Guess I shaved them down a little more than expected haha. Easy fix though.
