Hey guys, just wanted to stop in this area for a sec and rave about the Maxpedition Fatboy type S. I just got mine in black a few days ago. I have since packed all the contents of my wallet in the top zipper compartment, my Microtech Mini Socom Elite in it's sheath attached to the front strap, my Surefire C2 in the sheath, and just about all sorts of other cool stuff in it. The guys I work with were laughing at first, but now most of them want one. :D Any of you guys EDC one of these?
 
Naw but what I carry is darn close :D Close enough for a few of my co-workers to call it "your man purse".
Only the contents inside give it away as to it's true purpose.
 
I carry a Bucketboss small tool bag, Olive drab and tan, to work. It's been refered to as my "purse" by a few co-workers. But, how many women carry a Surefire E2E, a Gerber stainless multi-tool, a CRK Sebenza (if I don't have it in my pocket) and a bottle of 3in1 oil in their purse? I just tell them that it's big enough to fit a Browning Hi Power and two spare mags as well as my lunch. But, it's not large enough for a fragmentation grenade too and that usually kinda shuts 'em up. ;)

Yep, carry a fatboy most everyday. Got some laughs until I attached my strider to the side pocket opposite the magazine pouch and attached a tactical tailor six round shotgun shell holder to the rear strap. For some reason the snickering stopped. :eek:
 
I carry a tan Fatboy: Surefire L4 & spare batteries, cell phone, Swisstool R/S, lots of first-aid stuff, checkbook, notepad, Palm... It's great because I can just grab it as I head out the door and know that I'm prepared for most contingencies. And man these things are practically bulletproof, I've beat the snot out of mine and it still looks damn near brand new.
 
Yup, I have a tan FatBoy and all my crap goes in it that I do need and might need in my daily travels. I always know where to find my stuff and it is always with me, I love this thing and don't really give a crap what people think of it.
