To show of some wild Trapper patterns... This one takes the cake for me. I had to have it... Now to have someone commisioned to make one about 5" long in ramshorn and m4, with a coffin head.

Its a Challenge, from Bridgeport. Love it, pin-chips and all..

That is an outstanding knife! I struggle to know wether this style is more a Eureka jack or dog leg - but I love the combination of styles of blade with a Sabre Clip and a nicely done Spey with a difference. Not to mention the lovely Bone

I have a kissing crane (I'm pretty sure made in china) that has a similar spey blade which was one of the reasons I bought it. Lovely knife Andre.

That winchester is a beauty for sure.. I like the feel of a larger knife with MOP covers.. Heavy and smooth. I have a Weidmannsheil pocket buddy in MOP I am taking a liking to.
The profiles and everything on that winchester are just like the challenge, too.. Thats nice. Is it old? Its for sure in good shape, but time moves slow for well cared for knives. Appearances can decieve.

The challenge jack is a winner for sure. I'd pocket that one sometimes. I wish the stamps on them were more aggressive.. Most I see are fairly smoothed. Like the keen kutter stamps.. Cool, but always worn on knives that I can afford usually..
Thanks for sharing supratentorial!

It was made in 1989. Queen also made the pattern with bone and stag covers. Even though it's 26 years old, you can sometimes find them in unused condition. GEC also made a trapper with a similar spey blade but the clip blade isn't saber ground.

Great looking trapper Andre!!

Jake, that MOP Winchester looks awesome!! Looks like the pictures captured the pearl very well too.

Here's a pic of GEC's version Jake mentioned. They call it a Western Trapper and this one has Sunset Yellow jigged bone.
