Thanks for all the input. I chose the spyderco sage after scouring reviews and youtube vids. It seems perfect for me. I am however waiting on the new griptilian series to be released. Spyderco seemed like everything I was looking for. Anyone know anything about the bone collector griptilian series? Can't find much online... thanks for all your help

yep,
i edc a Native CF. al good
the Dragonfly is another nice Spyderco ready for rotation

The sage was the best for the money. I love the axis lock but I picked up the spyderco for 95 bucks and with s30v, carbon fiber handle, and nice wire clip I couldn't pass it up. And for my edc use the blade size is nice at 3". The ritter griptilian was tempting but I decided the spyderco fit the bill

+1 on the spyderco.

Native CF or Sage CF are two forces to be reconed with. For light EDC that is...

That's what I'm hoping. The youtube vid review was impressive showing off its cutting ability and edge retention. Its my first nice knife and I'm eagerly awaiting its arrival

There are a bunch of great folders out there, but the Spydercos are probably my favorites out there.

Hi Newb87,

Thanx much for the trust and support. We hope you enjoy the design.

Study all aspects of the knife. It will help in your understanding of the modern edge.
