Hiya KanoChris.

The blems are often offered daily, but not a promise. They are a side effect of the manufacture and shipping of handmade individual tools from the Himalaya's to the States.

If you look in though the past days there have been several offerings on a pretty consistent basis.

While you are waiting please read what is offered, and if you like tell us how you came to visit the Cantina.

Good Luck

Welcome to the cantina!
You'll have to watch this forum for the special deals to pop up. Bill Martino will post a list of available blems, what's wrong with them, and how much for each. The post will look like this:
11/19 Blems. They come up sometimes daily, sometimes in the morning US time and sometimes around noon.

If you want one, follow the instructions in this post: Ordering Instructions. The first person to claim a khuk gets it :D

The other way is to email Uncle Bill (HIMIMP@aol.com) and see if they have any blems.

edit: 5 minutes late as usual :D

Welcome.

Watch in the mornings.

You'll have to keep refreshing (press F5) the thread list
to catch the new posts.

Meanwhile:
Search for: blem
in this forum to see how they've been running lately.

Chris,

Welcome to the cantina! Definitely follow the above advice and get a blem if you want. Some require a little work to be made "right". This little bit of work can reward you with a top-notch khuk at a great price. Besides some of the "repairs" can be fun. Have learned to fix handles, remove rust from blades, etc. Have fun!

I'll tell you this; the "blems" are WONDERFUL! That Chitlangi on 11/17 just arrived and it wasn't the blade cracked it was the handle. No complaints about it either. It is absolutely the most beautiful knife and I cannot wait to give it to some soldier.

Stephen
