Like a ninny I re-upped my membership as a Gold member and not a Dealer. So... I just paid for dealer membership as well (Paypal: 82V54939TS7991049) and need my membership prorated to add the remaining Gold membership added to it please.

Dear God, I have had a double tap on the payment. It charged me twice!

May I have a refund of 75 of those dollars please?

I am not sure if Sparks got the email I sent. I have not gotten a refund on the money I accidentally sent.

If you all are just busy - I totally understand. Just wanted to follow up.

I am bumping this hoping I can get a refund or a prorate on my double payment - and switch from Gold to Knifemaker. I paid on 1/4/16 - contacted Esav - contacted Sparks - and have not heard back or seen movement on either.

Can someone give me an update?

I'd like to pay the difference in membership fee for the upgrade to service provider. Haven't looked around much to find the answer myself, but if I can piggyback on this thread and avoid the problems expressed in the OP, that would be pretty much ideal.
 
You can't pay the difference from a lower membership to a higher one from what I understand. You buy the correct membership, and the incorrect one gets prorated. I will try and get ahold of Spark in about 1 hour from now and have him look into it.

Diomedes - I refunded your double payment, then prorated your basic and gold.

Lorien, your posts here are sort of buried. It will help Spark to help you if you start a separate thread.

Right here in Tech Support, title "Prorate Gold to new Knifemaker membership"
Put the number of your Knifemaker payment in the first post.
Spark has been cleaning up a lot of these Tech threads lately, so it shouldn't take long.

Your transaction number. What is your transaction number? That needs to be edited into your other thread. Since this issue is closed for the OP, let's focus on your issue now.
