That pic is of course of the knife's good side. :) I know the whole ffg vs saber grind has been discussed ad nauseum lately, but I wanted to show off my latest acquisition. I've been a proponent of the saber grind because I liked the idea of a mini-bk2. Since it looks like there will not be production of one, there was only one way for me to satisfy my desire. I finally decided to just get it over with. The good news is now I can compare this to my ffg BK16 myself. I'm really anxious to see which I like better in actual use. Let the fun begin!

Haha!! I know exactly what you mean. I almost didn't want to admit to getting one. But like I was saying, it was the only way to get what I wanted. Well to some extent. You know what they say...everything in life is a trade-off.

Guess I'll admit something else since I already did once today. Other than adding micarta I haven't made mods to any of my knives. I was going to just leave it as is, but I'm starting to get tempted by the mods suggested here. If there was going to be one of my knives to mod it would be this one. Nothing against Ethan, but I dislike the etching on this thing even more in person than I did in the pictures.
