I Cut Myself...Again.

Second day in a row I cut myself on my hatchet. Yesterday I was just being stupid. Today was an honest miistake. Sharpening it and went too far forward with my stone. Didn't even know I cut myself until I saw blood on the hatchet. Lol
 
If I didn't know better I'd say the steel in my Mora is made from recycled sharps cause it's constantly drawing my blood!

Sharpening seems to be the worst of it, shorter and longer blades I can do fine but the 3&7/8" long Mora seems to have it in for me.

Nice knife though.

Those are far and away the best value in knives today. Grab a handful of them. Cheap and very decent steel. They take a nice edge. And there's no hesitation at using one hard because you can just replace it - though you likely won't have to.
 
I always take two incidents like that as a reminder to keep my mind on the task at hand. :)

I like the Mora knives, but a handful of them might lead to anemia...LOL
