This axe is owned by my Son in-law. She is quite pitted and the previous owner has rubbed her down a bit. Never the less she is still a good-looker. Nice and square at the poll and not beaten-up.

Any ideas on make. The only letters that can be read are C O R . I suspect she may be British, but that's only a guess.

We are expecting severe weather today with warnings of damage. Will just have to spend the day in the work-shop shaving down a haft. Hope I don't have to cut my way out.

My wife and I have been reading and hearing in the media about Tornadoes across a few of your states. We hope that none of you 'Good old Boys' have been affected. And we pray for those families that have.

I have no clue what that is, but it reminds me of a racing axe.

I'm sure some far more knowledgeable then I will have a far better guess then a “Idontknowwhattheheckthattingisniceaxethough”:D
