I decided to give Emerson knives a try, so I ordered a Mini Commander and a CQC-14.....the CQC-14 will be my travelling companion as I make my way to the 2008 Blade show in Atlanta. Anyway, I really like the overall feel of them, the only negative so far...the Commander wouldn't open very well and the spacer washers were not moving at all. I decided to fix it myself and opened her up......someone got a little happy with the thread locker on the pivot and it had leaked out and seized the washers solid....got all that cleaned and lubed up, now she is 100%. The Commanders liner lock sticks a bit, but I'm sure it will break in with time.

Congrats on your new knives:thumbup: I just got a 14 myself, great ergo's, and the blade length pretty much lets me EDC it anywhere.
