I went to Buck forums this morning before checking out a local antique show. I saw Chucks picture and said a little prayer. Somehow I knew I was going to buy a Buck knife, I just didn't know how lucky I'd get...

A third version variation 4. And in Canada to boot. Most vintage 110's Ive had to order from the U.S. What a find! And I paid $25.00 for it.

Thanks fellas.

Thats a beauty Nuto! I didn't know they existed without the small nail nick

Me neither but have 3 of the 3rd 4ths and found out done in a limited number as many returned due to no scale pins so many returned for the newer version with scale pins told they were done 1967-1969 only with 2 others with small nail nick similar to yours and this one with larger nick nice find and enjoy.

Nice find! There have been very few of those posted here over the years. I think I have only seen mine and two others.

The Blade Guide lists this one as very rare.
