I got complaints. We do have kids and ladies who frequent the forum so I guess we'll have to stay away from big busted half naked gals.

Apologies to all the nasty old gentlemen -- and young, too!

Please note: GENTLEmen.

You could have just deleted the link to the pic, but maybe it was better this way. Foxjaw didn't seem very happy about the direction the thread was going anyway. I hope he doesn't have any hard feelings over this.

Yes, I hope nobody is offended.

It's probably my fault for linking to the Heineken holder -- but I still chuckle everytime I look at that pix!!! Can't help it.

This is a family oriented forum and one reason I have always liked it besides the no bad mouthing, pretty much no flameing, and otherwise peaceful place.
If the guys want that sort of pix they can go to Whine & Cheese where those kinds of pix along with just about anything else goes.:)

Because they don't post I tend to forget that kids read this forum. But I get email from some of them so I know we have a small audience of young ones and I feel obligated to try to keep the forum pretty straight laced just for them.

I remember one kid emailing me and asking if he could use some stuff from our website and forum for a term paper. I think he was an 8th grader. I said sure and he later wrote back and said he'd got an A on his paper.

We did get a tad...well.."naughty" (I'm amazed that I can remember what that is like  ) I know foxjaw was frustrated, but I hope not offended by our hijinks. Could be mistaken, but I thought there was a grin hidden in his "AAArrrrgh!".

As usual Uncle did the right thing, I just wish I had seen the pics before they went away;) :D

I do hope I didn't offend anyone - I certainly didn't intend to. The one pic I put directly on the forum I thought was tasteful if 'naughty'(no nudity) - the one I linked to was just done for a lark off of Uncle Bill's Heineken-holder photo.

Cheers, B.

It's easy to get carried away with something like the Heineken holder. I hope no kiddies clicked the link. I think we got it in pretty good time.

Ok folks, at some pint I'm going to post a pic of what I was hoping the calendar to be. Just so everybody knows what I was hoping to achieve. And it wasnt naked to near naked women, but rather modestly dressed women with beautiful faces holding HI Khuks
:)

Foxjaw

PS: I'm really glad Uncle deleted the calendar post

It sounds like Uncle did the right thing... but I have no idea what the thread evolved into. I hadn't checked it for several days... Sounds like you guys were getting a "little" naughty while I was gone.

Shucks... I missed out on all the fun! :(

As per my last post in the now defunct 'calendar' thread: Please continue on with this concept. An online HI calendar will be a pleasant feature in this forum. And I, for one, look forward to it. Thankyou for your time and consideration.

...Lest you have us continue to suffer the horror of Lorena Bobbitski as the HI poster girl

I'm all for the project but I must remember to keep it fit for kids to take to school if they want. I doubt if the teachers would have appreciated my Heineken holder girl -- but maybe they would!!!

Foxjaw, I think your idea is a worthy one, and you seem to have the talent to make it succeed.

But, that was a nice beer holder!

I have my third bottle of Heineken for the evening here on the desk with me and it certainly looks lonely.

foxjaw,

You need to talk Uncle Bill into supplying you with a large packing crate and have him ship you to Nepal for a week.

If we want to do a calendar, it would be hard to beat a collection of pictures showing the people of Nepal using their khukuries against a backdrop of Nepali scenery. Better yet, stay there for a year and capture the scenery, the people, and the change of seasons.

Uncle,
any Heinie is loanly without a pair of....oh wait...that was deleted and we are to be approproate. I will behave. ;)

Yes I would love Uncle to ship me to Nepal for a while. I even know some people over there. I would probably shoot miles of film and come home with many Khuks. I still have a valid passport too. Antbody want to send me over ? :D

Fox, I'll go on ahead and scout out locations, and make sure the kamis are ready for autographed photos :).....Hope those crates are padded :D
