I don't even know how to title this report

well i do not know what the guess part is - please fill me in i am not big on the news - what is the other phenomenon?

It has been known to happen to a flock of birds that becomes aware of a predator above them. They instictively dive to avoid danger and hit the ground at full speed. Not saying that is what happened here, but it has happened.

wow i never heard of that - but in that case their reaction makes sense maybe in such fear that they didn't realize how fast the ground was approaching

The event took place over a large stretch of ground. I was thinking of Danny when I read this. It makes as much sense as any of the other suggestions.

OK, now they are saying that 100,000 fish suddenly died not far away. WTF is happening in Arkansas ??
I have no clue.

At first I thought of visitors, now I don't know. Maybe the two mass-deaths are unrelated, maybe they are. If a ship took off from underwater, it could have fried a school of fish and a flock of birds with radiation as it passed through them suddenly, but man, even for me, that is a stretch.

Still, the numbers are staggering and make any conventional explanation hard to swallow.

have you ever noticed that if or when there are "visitors" the visit out of the way remote areas

That just isn't the case, although the media might want people to think so. O'Hare airport is a little non-remote, for example.
In general, you can never predict where they will show up, but there are certain targets of interest, such as nucelar power plants, nuclear weapons facilities, mines (gold, silver, coal, uranium - who knows?) Airports and freshwater lakes.
A lot of these targets are located in remote areas, but some of them are near big cities.

yes right - but it seems like you hear about it more often way out in the stix

The birds all died in the air from blunt force trauma, or that's what I am hearing right now. Could they have flown into the ground? Possible, but 3,000 at one time in the same place?
This is just weird, trez weird. even UFOs don't explain it to my satisfaction...

When the Asia Tsunami hits, fishermen were happy to see fishes just swam towards them in abundance. However the wives were more concerned as the temperature of seawater just keep rising. Less than a week all of them became history.

How about a cloaked ship? The was another report of a mass death of 500 or so birds just a few hundred miles away the next day. I could see a large flock fly into a large invisible ship and suffering a lot of casualties.

Gravitational flux? Maybe something to do with polar flip-flop?

strange thing - it seems as far back as i can remember ever since i was a kid someones been saying the world will end here or there or sometime soon - I like what i heard George Carlin say - "the world wont end; we might, but the world will be fine, it will just shake us off like a dog shaking off fleas"
