I don't know what I'm doing wrong

"(98) This transaction cannot be accepted."

Is the only response I get when trying to renew my Gold membership--it doesn't tell me what the problem is or why the form is being rejected. The only fields I'm leaving blank are "company" and "fax number". I did a search through the threads but am not finding what I need. The only payment option being presented to me is "Order Using Authorize.net" I don't recall having this problem before, so apparently I missed some change.

Any help appreciated

Are you in the US or outside of the US?
 
Do you have the correct billing address for your CC entered? This isn't a "one time" card number is it?
 
Nope--same address it's always been, and same card. I just tried it again to make sure all was correct; same story. :confused:
 
What browser are you using?
 
Sorry for delayed response, Spark--I'm using Firefox. I'll key up Netscape and Safari here and see if I get any farther.
 
Okay, I can't imagine why a field/values form would be brower dependant, but Netscape kicked it right on through. Oh well--back in the gold again, that's the important thing.
