I had an epiphany today rats, dogs, and hogs. The scrapper 5 le!!!!

After literally years of reading posts, asking for pics and feedback, taking down notes on sizes and measurements, and agonizing over what to buy/sell... I finally think I figured out the right combo to fit me.

I already own:
Warden - tanker grey/black 550
Rodent solution - tanker grey/black paper
Ratmandu in tanker grey and black linen but it never felt right. I tried so hard to like it, I really wanted to!
I also needed a bigger blade to complete the list but seldom use blades larger than 7. I had planned for a 911.

After the 5 stages of grief passed, I accepted that the rmd was not for me and I wouldn't use the 911.

Months passed.

I bugged the hell out of people for pics and reviews. I looked at ba tac's, sj tac, rodent 6, TGLB, Axehammer, Bassic 4, SOB's, 411, 711, 911, basic 8, Ash, Trash. I considered selling all but the warden and starting over.

Last week, the new ratweiler in 3/16 opened up and I ordered one in tanker grey and g10! I was committed. Now there was no need for a 6 inch knife. I had ordered the biggest knife I would use excited it was in 3/16.

What to do about a knife between ratweiler and rodent solution? The answer and my epiphany today is a Scrapper 5 le. I always had a thing for mudder handles! I had forgotten they made this knife!

Let the hunt begin!!!!

The scrapper 5 is great. I have had mine for a few months and have used it quite a bit. Great size and super light weight for its size. Here is a shot of mine with friends out scouting for deer season
