I finally joined the 0561 crowd

I wanted one of these for a long time and finally got one. I find that it is an interesting addition to my collection and I'm going to put it in my EDC rotation along with my "smaller" knives. To me this is a big beast of a knife but for the way I carry, it will fit in my pocket and it is comfortable in my hand. And I find this to be a surprise that even with its length I can carry it tip up and when I pull it from my pocket I can get my finger right on the flipper.

Welcome to the club:) The 056x are just phenomenal in every way. ZT/Hinderer knocked it out of the park with these knives.

Welcome, great knife right? I liked my 560 so much I went ahead and got a 561 for a back up. And I'm all about, if I don't use it it gets sold. So thats says a lot.
 
Welcome to the 056x club!!! :D After about a week with a 0561 during a passaround earlier this year, I HAD to have one of my own! :eek: I had the opportunity for a good deal on a 0560 just before Christmas, and jumped on it. :thumbup: Mine wears a blue glow in the dark Kryptoglow scale. :cool: EXCELLENT knife!!!
 
Welcome to the club. It is such a great knife and fun to flip. It is a little on the large side but I carry mine with a smaller knife like the Zing or Cryo.
 
yeah, welcome! I've had mine for several months now and it is still my favorite. I try to have it on me all the time; typically I pair it with a smaller, less imposing blade when I'm out and about (usually a GEC #42) in case I get the unsympathetic vibe. I've used it, sharpened it (more like touched it up), and used it some more--it can handle just about anything a knife was made to handle... Enjoy it man.
