All of a sudden the Strider bug just hit me. I wasn't going to purchae anymore knives for a while and wham! it hit me. I placed an order with www.tripleaughtdesign.com for two new Striders. Hopefully by next week I will have my new MFS (green) and WP2 (green). These looked like two good models to start with.

I saw another knife on the Strider website that I would absolutely love to have. Unfortunately, I cannot seem to find it. It is called the SEAL 2000. It appears to be a smaller version of the SEAL 2001. Are the SEAL 2000's available anywhere in the U.S.?

The same thing happend to me and now I racked up all kinds of bills! It is a nightmare. But I do like My Striders. Good luck cause your gonna need it. It gets worse.

That's what I was afraid of. All of a sudden my tastes got more expensive. I've started getting into custom Japanese style tanto blades made from damascus and now these Strider knives.
I've been trying to avoid the Striders, but it finally got me. Every time I saw the picture of the SEAL 2001 on tripleaughtdesign.com I wanted one more and more. Now, I'm actually trying to figure out how to get the smaller SEAL 2000 in a tiger striped model. I have no idea how to get one. Maybe it is for the best.

Let me help you out. Try calling the Strider guys themselves. Email a request and see what they say. Your in. You just don't know it yet. Wait till you get the knives. Sorry. But your in the Strider club now. I'll give you a couple of other dealers names if you need it.

There is Badassknives, TAD, Vinni Palucci, and a whole bunch of bladeforum members ready to sell you a Strider.

Oh yeah. Cha Ching$$$:D

hahahahah....

Good thing you bought 2 to start with. I did the samething when I started down this crazy Strider road. You just can't buy one...

Wait until you hold it in your hand and smell the blade (yes, I said SMELL), better yet, when you cut something, you'll start thinking darn those (insert favorite Strider knife here) are looking really good. Next thing you know you'll want some customs, then it's too late...You might as well give Mick direct deposit access to your paycheck.

Welcome to the club!

S.
