Very nice. I've noticed that you have a "thing" for ram's horn. When it looks that good, I can understand why.

You got that right Jeff. Really good sambar stag tops my list in horn but good ram is not far behind. btw, I really like that new Randall you posted last week. Leather disc'ed handles are some of the best. This one going under the lights?
 
Got the knife today from Jerry. Super nice!! Better than the pictures. It even has a black linen liners. I'm very pleased with it. Thanks Jerry. gw

Sorry I didn't respond right away - this post somehow managed to avoid being sent to my BlackBerry. I'm not sure what you mean by "going under the lights." But I'm happy you like the knife. Me too.:D
 
By the way, this was in yesterday's mail. I don't know if it qualifies as "really good Sambar stag" or not, but it ought to make a nice knife handle.

That is nice stag. Will I have gone senile before Randall get's around to making a handle out of it? Just kidding. I like the color on it.

"under the lights" are you going to display the knife?
 
"Senile?" Probably not. But there will be considerably more gray in your hair. Five years is a long time.

It will get hung on the wall with all the others, so yeah, I guess that's displaying it.
