The first blade you had seen already - it was an early Kephart of mine.

2nd up 4.5 inch handle. (Black Canvas G-10) - 3 7/8th" blade 1 1/16" tall blade, 3/32nd thick blade. Stainless corby pins.

3rd and 4th: 4.5 inch handle (osage with black liners) 4" blade 1/8th thick blade. 1" tall. Stainless corby pins.

I would love any advice from anyone on the make of the top three knives. What do you think of the design? I intended them to be used as basic hunting / bushcraft knives.

Thanks,

TF

I'll take:
2nd up 4.5 inch handle. (Black Canvas G-10) - 3 7/8th" blade 1 1/16" tall blade, 3/32nd thick blade. Stainless corby pins

All of them look like great tools. That black one has some awesome contours. Looks like it would fit your hand like a handshake. Really liking the osage too.

Well done.

I really like them. Good sizes and geometry imo.

The only thing I would criticize is the pin placement on the top one...

I really like the handle shape on the black one..

Looking good! As previously said, watch your pin placement, visual effects are just as important as being a functional design. Nice work!

Pap and Allen,

By the God's - you are right. Man. That one got away from me - and I honestly DIDN'T spot it until you pointed it out. I wonder if I had two ideas in mind and didn't settle on one.

This is why I ask these questions - I won't make that mistake again......... I hope!

Things happen my friend. I have had several "oh craps" along the way wondering how I did that and didn't catch it til finished, lol

I really like the 3rd blade from the bottom. Beefy handle, plenty (but not too much) belly...kind of reminds me of the Recluse or Terrasaur but more muscular.
