In this video I show some pretty basic forging techniques, and use my air hammer to make a frontier style knife a customer has ordered, by sending me a picture only. I had to chop the video to get it to fit in the 10 minute time frame, as I said it shows some basics. Then the next day I finished the knife, but left off the handle slabs as per customer request, and I try the 1 inch free-hanging rope cut. Being new here, I hope it's OK to post video "links" pertaining to knife making and custom knives. Thanks for looking! Jon P. Moore
