I found a Camillus knife on the ground. Can you tell me something about it?

I was at the store and found a knife laying in the parking lot.

It's a 2 5/8in folding knife. It is a rough brown handle. It has 3 blades(maybe a 1/4 of an inch high). It has "De Luxe" writen on the blade. On the other side of the blade, it has a "83" right by the base near the handle.

It is a rather small fragile knife. A wittler or letter opener. Have you heard of this style? Do you have any clue how much it would cost new?

I could not find it on the website.
