I was cleaning out one of our kitchen drawers today and found my old Buck Personal. I don't remember exactly when I bought it, but I am pretty sure it was between 1968 and 1970. (Maybe not) It is marked BUCK USA on the blade. The flap sheath only says BUCK. Nothing else.
It is in pretty good condition. I used to use it to trim tri-tips and sharpened it on a ceramic steel. There no scuffs on the blade. The sheath shows some wear from knocking around in the drawer, but the stitching is fine and there are no cuts or tears. Do these things have any value?
I'm pretty sure that this knife is extremely rare and someone would want to trade a new Sony PS3 for it. (Yeah, right)
