I found another use for the s-beaner.

Good luck with them, I've lost a pair of gloves, small mouth lexan bottle, ear protection, and a set of keys (I got the keys back after pulling up the floor cover on a C130, fun fun).

I guess if the keys are already in your pocket you should be able to find them when it comes unhooked.

Good luck,

replaced the S hook with a grim lock, never had an issue.

Thanks, I don't really put my s hooks though much. They usually just stay in my pocket and keep my keys together so I'm just trying out a new, temporary, use for them until I feel that an actual suspension clip is needed. I'll keep your words in mind though.

Thanks brother.

used the grim locks on my plate carrier for gloves, never had a problem, always knew where they were. snagged them on hescos, vehicles and the ground more than once, never had an issue.

I use a SS snap clip with a short length of paracord on my key ring. The snap clip gets clipped to my belt loop and it suspends my keys in my pocket.
