All my life I've been in quest of the perfect blade... a blade I could use for survival, as camp knife, as fighter if needed... I've tryed many combinations because I typically had to wear 2 blades...
I've tryed many 9" blades, many 7" blades of all kind... Some lights, some heavy, without ever find the perfect blade...
I tough I was really close with my desert Battle Rat and with my Bead blasted SH-E backed up with something smaller.
Sudently, I received a new blade made of INFI... I've seen it many time before on pictures without really stoping at it, and here it come! THE perfect blade for me!!! The HOLLY GRAAL!!!! I FOUND IT!!!
Light enough to be used as fighter, but heavy enough as choper, perfect balance, great feel in hand, perfect coating, INFI steel...
There it is in my hand, THE blade I wanted all my life...
Now my quest is finished, all the other blades will seem fun but superficial when compared to that one...
pictures of my Desert MoFo on the way... :D :D :D

Congrats! It's rare that you can find something your completely happy with. Most of the time you can come close but rarely can you find something perfect.
Glad you found your perfect companion.
Since you won't be using the rest of the INFI you accumulated just sent it to me. :D I'll give them a good home where they won't need to be jealous of a Mofo. ;) :p

hahahahahahha for sure Mike! I'm sure they will find a good home at your place! now I have found the "nirvana" and I have so much peace in my soul...thanks to Jerry for have been creating this piece... :D now...how do I send pictures???

I agree with you about the Mr. Mofo. Unfortunately both of mine are not bound for field duty. I'm not worried though, I just cleaned up after a big ice storm with my Battle Rat and it is one of the best cutting instruments I have for field work. Maybe I'll pick up a beater Mofo someday.

ah yes, the Uncle.....I have fond memories of that one!:( maybe someday again....

In the meantime heres Olis new toy! Niiiiice, oh and the knife is cool too:p

yeah... Dwayne make some soooooooo nice looking sheaths! this one is a piece of art!
Thanks Eric! :D think...you made me discover the Tan coaring...;)

You are so wrong about having found Nirvana. You only think you did. But what happens is that once the initial effects of the INFI wear off you need more INFI, ad you begin the search again. you buy another one and then you are fine for a whil, but you feel empty once again. I really think Jerry laces these knives with ecstacy. the worst part is that the effects of INFI get shorter the more you are exposed to it, so that while when I initially bought INFI I could hold off for a year before getting another, now it appears to be only days before I need another INFIX

That's it, Jerry needs to call the super folder the INFIX

Hi Eric, you likee eh? Thanks buddy, that one really hit me right when it went together. Some just fall together and others are fighting me to the bitter end.:p

Hey Oli, I thought I had my Grail once! Then I discovered something completely different, I traded a custom shop e-handle for an INFI Straight Handle Steel Heart II and quickly became addicted to a whole new animal! Since then I have added a SH Badger in A2(droooool!) and a SH SHII in A2(BIG droool!!) Only one problem with these older pieces.......They're a LOT more expensive!!!!

I might be in the minority but I prefer the Ergo handle. Just fits my hand better. Most seem to like the older straight handled blades better. That's OK with me. The E's have been easy to find. :D

If I'm correct, that custom shop e-handle is now at my house. A tac grade Uncle MOFO which I love even better than the MOJO/MOFO's (Thanks Eric for the design). I think it has nicer lines. I also got Dwayne started down the VERY slippery straight handle slope with the SHSHII and a fatty SHBA. I think mine was the infi one. Haven't told him about the fatty SHSHII in A2...YET! :D I'm holding it hostage for bench time.:D :D :D ;)

Awesome sheath there Dwayne. What's the inlay made from? I'm sure I'll be sending you my new Desert Clip-Point Badger for some cover as soon as I get some money!
