I stated in a earlier thread that I had lost my ESEE Fire Kit. I thought I had lost it while on a camping trip but I FOUND IT! I had borrowed my Dads explorer because it has 4x4. I must of had it in my pocket when I got in it to drive home and took it out of my pocket. I found it in the Center console so I am overjoyed! First thing I did when I found it was use it to start a fire outside. If you lose something just be patient cause things have a way of finding their way back to you in one way or another. :D
 
Good to hear, I can relate. Lost my firekit for the better part of a year before finally finding it hidden in one of the pockets of one of my backpacks!

I can relate to that. I could not find my benchmade Osborne knife. I do commercial hvac and went to two different jobs and could not find it. Resigned myself to the fact it was lost. Went home that night bummed out. Put my watch and wallet in my top drawer and there it was -sitting there. Would swear up and down I had it with me when I left that morning. But hey, it wasn't lost any more.
 
I just realized I have lost my SAK One Handed Trekker now. It is my favorite pocket knife. Damn I just can't catch a break. Maybe this is the chance for me too get the Spyderco Military with Titanium handles I won't.
