I love the blade shape. What better, it already has a wave. I'll be EDC'ing this for a while to get it broken in. It's comparable in size to the modified CS medium Espada I have been carrying the last month.

I think I'll be defrosting some chicken soon :D

Not after I send it to Reese Weiland for a full Ti framelock conversion :p

Do you know what it will look like? I heard it takes him years to do the pimp jobs. I have a small complaint about the CQC12 and it's that they cutout too much for the framelock. The part on the titanium that bends is pretty thin.

This is why I bought two CQC12's, just in case.

Actually... He isn't taking that much time at all. He quoted me 2 months to turn my Super 7 into this.

Actually, the more Emersons he is working on... the faster he can get em done.

Don't worry, I'll post pics when it gets here. I got a P/E Commander on the way. I'm contemplating getting another and sending both to him for the same treatment. I'll have him make one a lefty. Both will get clip holes on both sides so a 2 fisted forward waving can be done. That would put both knives opening into reverse grip :D

The 10 is a great knife. I sharpened one for a buddy of mine and got to carry it around for awhile. The blade really reminded me of the Spyderco Endura Wave: opening hole, wave, spear point & sabre grind.

He charges $300 for a .160" Ti slab frame. It's worth it. He's grinding me an exact copy Ti blade for the old handle, just without the wave. That's running me another $100.

I know, I know... just doing it for tacticool factor... and it'll be sterile :D

What else would I do with the Emerson leftovers?

Nate3993 is having him build a Horseman (without wave) from scratch with a 3v blade.
