I found this in the middle of the road.

I went and visited my mom last weekend. We went on a walk with the kids and her dog and found this jaw bone in the middle of the road. I'm not sure just what its from. I'm guessing it's from a raccoon? Also, yeah it's not really a real "road" exactly but it passes for a road in them there parts.















And also, lost of stinging nettles. This is my moms front yard. Love it.

Well never mind. It's apparently just the worlds smallest deer jaw.

looks to be a well used Kershaw Tremor

It's a kershaw tremor. The previous owner acid washed the blade and shaped the handle some.

You can get a ROM on the age of the deer by the sharpness and dentine wear on the teeth. That one is clearly young.
