One thing I actually found interesting is that diabetes (at least type 1) is not a disease, its a side affect of something else (I dont think they actually came out and said it in the articles though). Its a result of something being screwed up in your body, whether natural or man made causes (personally I say its a 99% of the cases is because of something we've done to ourselves, nature is not that screwed up). I know this is not new information, I was just intrigued.
