Remember those guys that lost their blades recently? I keep dreaming that I find them lying on the ground. Finders keepers!

if a lost blade is to be found by somebody other then the guy who lost it, it might as well be somebody who knows the value of what the found.

When I was a kid my dad lost his beloved Buck 107 Scout fixed blade (amazing knife, no longer produced). We had turkey hunted a big field of knee-high grass. He had no idea where he lost it. We went back to look for it and I said "Well if we set here and....." as I blindly walked out in to a spot in the field and tada, there it was. I will NEVER let him forget that one. Oh yeah, remeber the time I found your Scout!

I've been dreaming of sunnier, sandier places where people call me senor and bring me 3.2 beer for 16 hours straight.

i have an amazing story, not about finding a knife, but about finding some kid's glasses in the ocean! i hope it gives people hope of finding their long lost knives.

i was about 9 or 10 and i my family took a vacation to the ocean. it was getting dark outside and we saw another family around the water, so we went up to them. They told us about their son losing his glasses in the ocean. Me being just a little one, thought that i could find them... :jerkit: So i go in the ocean and spend about 5 min. feeling the ocean floor until a pair glasses shoot into my hand!!!!!! No joke!!!!

so if a 9-10 year old can find a pair of glasses in the ocean, then people should get their asses out there to find their beloved knives.

If I lost an ESEE I would be sad but if someone found it that knew what they had I might be moderately okay with it...

But I'd still be pissed, lol

I know if I lost my knife I would be out there looking for it

my dads friend lost his phone dove hunting last season. We looked for it but never found it. Ive been lucky to not lose any knives so far.

Since we are telling losing knife stories. When I was a kid me and my brothers and my uncle were messing around in the creek(swimming, and all around goofing off). My uncle was older, probably mid twenties, and I was maybe 12 or 13. He was wearing his new bowie knife on his hip. It somehow slipped out of its sheath and was gone. He told us and we all started looking, knowing there was no hope in the muddy creek water. I was feeling around the bottom with my foot, luckily my creek shoes were thin soled and I just happen to feel something smooth. I reached down and pulled his knife off the bottom!!:D

Needless to say he was a very happy camper!! and I was the hero for the day!
