I gave in and finally bought a BK2! I'd been eyeing it for a while and today I saw one for a great price so I hit the order button. It'll arrive in a couple days. I have a feeling I'll be ordering some micarta scales and maybe some kydex for it down the road. I'll finally get to see for myself what all the fuss is about.

I think the word's out about the Beckers. Jump right in and get your feet wet.

Me too! Just placed my order. Mine is going to get home-made cocobolo furniture. Then my Beckers will have matching pants.

Sweet!!! Good choice, brother. You'll be happy with that fist full of CroVan Viagra. :D

Bunch of folks joining the Becker club lately, good to see.

Congrats on the new blade. Good one.

Give it a nice convexed edge and it's gonna do anything and everything you want of it. The BK2, IMO, is a good "one" knife. So what are you getting next??? :D

I have a set of Opinel paring knives and Opinel #8 coming from New Graham. Just received a Queen Hunter Skinner #4190 from GPKnives today. Come Friday I'll have the BK2. I almost ordered a BK2 about a year ago but I got the ESEE-4 instead. After the BK2 I'm not sure. I already have an Izula and a Silky Super Accel saw so at this point I have no idea. I don't really need a huge knife and I already have the Izula for a small fixed blade. We'll see after I've played with the BK2.

So it arrived today. Its a beast of a knife but didn't come that sharp. Overall I'm very impressed especially for the price. The knife and sheath are great and I like the grivory too. Very happy with the purchase!
