I got a new becker!

I recently picked up a 15. I finally got to use it a little bit. I'm loving it, it handles really well. I think it will get a lot of use processing deer, (I did 6 this year.)
I did have to strip it right away, I like the look of the blade much better.
 
Recently acquired mine as well, a very nice blade to use and hold. Congratulations..
 
Congrats! I'm kind of curious what you all use the 15 for? I like the look of it, but I can't see myself using it over my 16 for anything but food prep and camp cooking. I haven't handled one but everyone seems to love them though. I'm certainly not trying to knock them by any means. I don't hunt but I can see how it would be great for game.
 
I'm not really sure since I just picked it up, but it just has a lot of control in the hand. I have only made a try stick with it so far. It seems really slicey and robust at the same time. I have the 2 also, this just seems to cut better.
My next was going to be a 16, but I heard they might not be making these much longer.

The 15 has always caught my eye. I've heard amazing reviews about it. You'll definitely be happy. :thumbup:
 
Luv my 15. For me, the 15 seems to 'move' better than the 16. But I haven't used either for very long though.

And the 5 and new 10 have been getting all of my attention lately.

Mine is used for food prep at the campsite and at home. My wife carved a roast a few weeks back and said "I gotta get me one of these". Other duties I used a choice of other knives including the 16.
 
You guys are missing out if your ONLY using the 15 in the kitchen. Dont get me wrong, its great there, but seriously, give it a try in the woods. It is ALOT more knife than most people give it credit for. So is the 5
