Granted I still need to mail him my BK2 but this is what it looks like! :D

I really dig the kydex/leather combo and the low profile fold over design compared to the stock one that's kind of like a big paddle of plastic on your side.

Very nice looking sheath. I like the hybrids I've made, but I still ride leather. I actually sold one of mine today, sucks, cause now I have to make more:D

I've yet to make a knife sheath, but my BK-11 has helped me make a buncha leather handgun sheaths.

I never really knew how much I reach for my BK2 until it's gone... But I can't wait for it to come back with a new well made sheath.

Did you stipple those scales with a soldering iron? I had forgotten about that technique.

Yeah I did stipple the scales with a soldering iron. It's a great free mod that fixes one of the two big complaints about the BK2, the smooth handle and the sheath.

Now ill have both fixed!
 
So it showed up about 5 days ago, it's been on my belt since I got it and it's so much better then the factory one.

It flops around less on my belt, I don't notcie it as much getting in or out of a truck, I got a firesteel with now on it....etc.

I would recommend getting some custom kydex for the BK2 if you own one.
