I got a Paramilitary in my mailbox!

Just had to drop in to share my excitement. I ordered a PM2 back at the end of June, and I just got notification that it has been delivered. I've away been visiting my Mom, but will be heading home tomorrow. Excited by the fact that I'll open up my mailbox as soon as I get back, and be able to get my hands on it!!

Just had to share this with a crowd who knows why one would be excited about the prospect.

The title of this thread just made me run outside and check my mailbox.

I realized after I posted it, it kinda looked like one of those give-away advertisements. Man, I can't wait to get my hands on it. This is the first knife I've broken $100 on, and I'm looking forward to see if it deserves all its accolades.

I had a PM2 for a short while. I was very impressed with it. Super smooth, light, 4 way pocket clip (if I remember correctly), sharp and a good size. Also not too expensive. Lots to like about it.
 
I have like four and I'd be excited if I got another one. Perfect little (medium) knife, already a classic!

I snatched one off the exchange to see what all the fuss was about and it was delivered today, I wasn't disappointed with it, and I'm sure you won't be.
 
Great knife! I loved the ones I had. Probably pick up another one some day.

You'll definitely be happy with it. If you got it new it'll take a couple days (depending on how often you open/close it) to loosen up. The PM2 Is one knife I'll always have in my collection at any given time. Unfortunately you're about to catch the "knife fever/bug" whatever kids call it these days. Good luck with keeping the fever down lol
 
The anticipation of waiting for a knife to arrive is about as close to waiting for Christmas morning to arrive as a kid. There's nothing like it!
 
My favorite folder of all time. I did collect them for a while, but got rid of most of them.
Gosh, I only really NEED one cheapie in S30V and I'm happy.

I love my small 21, but price considered the PM2 is hands down the best modern production folder IMO

Not the best looking though. Which is why I pimped mine and made it more of a competitor for pocket time:)

Really? I find the Paramilitary 2 quite aesthetically pleasing. Has a very nice design that flows well, some great curves. I know that when I first saw the Paramilitary 2 I thought the blade to handle ratio was off, but now that I'm used to it I really like how it looks.

Oh don't get me wrong, the shape looks great to me as well. But I'm a carbon fiber guy, you see;)
