i got a spyderco centofante 4

That's a cool knife! I just bought one today as well. My first Spyder knife. I paid 43.75 from Grand Prarie Knives, GPKNIVES.COM
I bought mine because it looks so nasty, and the spider on the handle makes me crazy. I hate those creepy crawly little so and sos.
But I can't wait to get mine.I never had a knife that opens with those silly holes. I hope I am not dissapointed. I have large hands and the hole thing kinda makes me nervous. I hope it gets here by Saturday or I'll go limp with anticipation.
I didn't reasearch the pick very hard, I just wanted to try a Spyder and love Warrencliffs. Plus with that catchy spider logo on the handle how could we go wrong? Good luck too!

You're in for a treat when you try that thumbhole. You don't know what you've been missing.

i`m in australia , and the knife`s coming from america , so itll be a while before i get to see it . over here they would sell a knife like that for about $160 australian dollars

The C4 is a great folding warncliffe. I have two.

One has become part of my EDC rotation. Great knife for the dollars paid.

i`m going to buy another spyderco today , i have a $300 australian dollar budget. considering a native 3d model c41 is $160 aud , it still kind of limits me . a military is $330 over here

I'm not sure of your conversion factor, but if I'm right (based on the Military's value in Aussie $$), you should look for one of these:

Manix
Mini-Manix
Paramilitary
Chinook I (or II, but I have no experience with the Chinook II)

These are all amazing knives that should be within your range (if not new, then lightly used).

A question, please. What size hex key (?) will I use to remove the pocket clip for reversal on my Centofante?

I have a question aswell, I just got my first spyderco today, a C3. Its a great knife, its exceeded my expectations (as i ordered it online without trying it first).

Only thing is, on the pocket clip side, the black washer on the pivot is recessed vs on the other side the washer is flush with the handle.
Is this normal? I am probably jsut nit-picking but its a new knife so i jsut wanted to make sure.

Thanks in advance.

i have a spyderco byrd flight , and i wanted to reverse the clip , so i went to my torx bit set and the smallest i had was t10 , which was too big , so does anyone know waht size it is?

Sir Galant I got mine today. Ultra light, thin, and the hole is perfect for one handing this blade. Mid lock closes simple enough, just fold it against your pants and clip it back on. Fit and finish is blueprint perfect. ROCK SOLID lock up is a understatement. Big time walk and talk. And it is simply gorgeous. This is a Q.C. inspectors dream knife!!!
This will not be my last Spyderco.

By the way, I have had quite a few hand made custom knives before but I have NEVER had a knife this sharp in my life.
I always test by shaving the hair off my arm. This time the hairs were popping up in the air and spinning around as I swept up my arm. I could have been using my Mach 3 razor but this left no rash.
You will see what I mean when yours arrives. It is spooky sharp. I don't know how I'll ever get it this sharp again. Maybe the answer is just buy a new one every year?
:-)
