i got a ww2 knife that i need help understanding

can anyone tell me about the maker mark i bought from a shop they told me it was from agrentina ww2 i took it to another guy he said he had no way of telling where it from
 
Maybe try the traditionals sub forum?

Welcome sjesseph . you need a payed membership to sell and to ask about values . and you need to get a better picture of the markings . and ask for it to be moved to Bernard Levine's forum you have more of a chance to get an answer there . hope this helps .

So you come to a forum filled with a great knife community, ask for help, followed by the kinda abrasive post above. Then proceed to tell the people whom are trying to help you that you don't trust em.... Great start.

ok i knw it loks like i was bing rudbut that becuse i dont use perid or anythng like tht i dont be rude to sombody unles thir rud to me the reson i dont use stuf like that becaue it hard to see with just one i in blimd mi lef eye
 
It looks more like a carving knife to my untrained eye.

I agree. It looks like an old carving knife, one you can find myriads of in antique stores. If you Google antique carving knife on Images you will pull up tons of photos of the same blade and style, but many handle configurations.

I just skimmed through the entire hallmarks encyclopedia and didn't find those hallmarks.
