The generosity of this Forum is unbelievable.. Today I received a CASE Born to Hunt Trapper from Kiteman72.. This came about in a round about way.. It seems that Railsplitter (THANKS Rick) helped Taylor out with a knife and he decided to pass the generosity along.. I was the lucky recipient of this Trapper that I was looking for.. He spotted one and sent it to me!! I am ecstatic!! THANKS Taylor (Kiteman72) !! I would post a pic but I am not too computer savy!!John

I certainly don't want to turn this into a "Case quality" thread, lol, but I thought readers may be interested in the following tidbit.

I got to examine two of this particular trapper and one was really unacceptable. The clip blade actually hit the liner when closing, making the decision of which to choose very easy! I had helped the clerk earlier with another customer, so she patiently tolerated me putting both trappers thru their paces like only we true knife weirdos can. No paperwork in either box, which I thought was weird for Case.
Love that shotgun shell shield too! A real "must have" for the shotgunning Case collector.
