I got demoted from Platinum - help please

Hello. I paid to upgrade to Platinum a few weeks back, and my username has been the right color, etc...but somehow recently I got dropped to gold and lost my full platinum PM box privileges.

On my paid subscriptions page it still shows this:

Platinum Member (start date) 02-15-2007 (expiry date)02-15-2008

Help please!

I'd contact Spark at One Stop Knife Shop. He should be able to clear things up for you.:thumbup:

You had overlapping subscriptions, so when the one for a Basic Membership ended, it went to the next one, which was Gold, over-writing your Platinum
