Hehe :D

Finally scored a Lignum Vitae Mnandi.
Mnandi's are scarce right now, this one took awhile to find, but she's mine.

Lignum Vitae is the hardest of all trade woods, 4 times harder than Oak.

I read a post where someone said that it's wood that will sink it's so heavy.
Congrats on that great score!

Congrats Rob!
I know you've been looking for a quite a while now and to see you've finally found and scored one is quite uplifting!

Now the question is....user and if so will it kick your skyline?? haha

It's in my pocket right now. :D

I'll probably remove the mnandi's clip and carry both!

Sweet! I waited over a year for a raindrop Damascus Lignium Manandi. It is my EDC now and I love it. Lignium Vitea used to be used for the propeller shaft bearings on WWII vintage ships. A common question on the license exam that qualified me as a merchant marine officer was "what material is used for the shaft bearing" It's sweet to be able to handle it every day.

Great score - congrats.
Is it more to green or yellow, I can't tell from the pic.
TIA

Right now it's still leaning towards yellow. But I heard they develope green over time which is awesome.

I love the fact that this scale color changes with age.

Very nice little knife.

I know a lot of wood generally gets darker with use but never knew it could go greener
