just contacted Cold Steel about my return. my Mini AK-47.
tomorrow will be 2 weeks (of hell without my "best friend")
i was getting sick of waiting.
so i called. (fearing the worst from my read stories)
a man answered. he was very nice. asked me my last name, and he instantly knew my first name, the knife i returned, the fact i was getting a completely new one, and the problem.
needless to say, im astonished. he had me wait for around 5 minutes while he fetched the rest of the info.
a replacement was sent back out on the 23rd.
thats just over 1 week. thats AWESOME! prompt replacement, shipping, and friendly service rep.
either youre all unlucky, im lucky, or they have changed thier ways. im not seeing any issues in thier warranty.
ill post again when the knife is im my hands, but its basically a fresh start again with a new knife.
