I finally got me a ZT 0500 and man, this thing is sweeeeet!!
Compared to it's little brother, this thing is huge, but it really
feels ok clipped in my pocket. I doubt it will replace my RAM
as my EDC, but I'm sure it'll see a lot of pocket time around
the house and out in the yard. The action is smooth as budda
and it locks up nice and tight. No blade play in any direction.
It's all you MUDD lovers said and more.

I really can't say anything else about it that hasn't already been
said. Top notch folder, Kershaw/ZT!!

Wow, after seeing that pic with both of them, I might have to pick up a ram now....

You are going to love that MUDD!

I prefer the RAM and the Mudd to be a lefty folder--I can't reach it well enough for my right hand thumb because of how low the placement is. YMMV--but I think it is an awesome lefty folder! I use my left hand third finger to disengage while my index closes the blade.

That's exactly right. The perfect lock for a lefty.

That wasn't really what I was expecting to hear. I may have to pick ones of these guys up and see what its about.

the only problem i have with the mudd is it's so big and grippy and sits so deep in your pocket it's hard to get out....once it's out though....it opens hard and fast and locks rock solid.....ryan:thumbup:

I too have been looking to get one of those sweet RAMS, just havent had the funds....Thank God christmas is comin and its on the list!

I'm a righty and have no problems opening it left handed.
It really is left hand friendly.

Same here. It does take a little extra effort to take out, but like you said, it opens fast and solid.

I hope you've been good this year. ;) The RAM is one helluva knife.

Nah, keep the price reasonable and get a radical blade design at the same time. Win Win!

I've been messing with mine for about a week now.
It's size is perfect for my hand.
I really like the lock. Solid and doesn't get in the way as I thought it might.

Nice pick-up Son.
But it doesn't look very dirty. :D
