I got my Cliff thanks to World Knives! GREAT SERVICE!!!!

I bought another, more expensive, RosArms knife from World Knives in early July because the Cliffs were not in yet. It was one of the ones with Gold Engraving. The knife was nice but I wasn't super happy with it. About 6 weeks later, I received a phone call from World Knives that they had the Cliff Knives in. I sent an email to World Knives offering to trade them EVEN with the first knife for a Cliff, even though the first knife cost MORE. I felt bad about trying to exchange a knife after 6 weeks.
I received an immediate email back from Leta at World Knives telling me that I could return the first knife and they would send me the Cliff Knife and pay me the difference! She said they want all their customers to be happy with their knives!

I was so happy about this, I asked Leta to go ahead and ship me the Cliff and charge it to me so I could get it quickly!
She said, "No Problem."
I shipped the first knife back a couple of days ago and I will be receiving my refund soon.

I received the Cliff a few days ago.

I really like the way they took the nipple off the back of the handle and just put a lanyard hole in the back of the handle.

I am VERY happy about the way this worked out!
