I got my first custom Emerson. Thanks Jackstraw!

My CQC6 just arrived via FED EX. I am hooked! Now I can't wait for the next one. I now have 5 Emersons (only one custom). Can I be a suspect now? How many times do I have to post on the Emerson forum to be considered a suspect?

Congratulations on your 6! A fondness for all things Emerson seems to define a "Usual Suspect". I will defer to " Commander" John for the definitive definition. Be aware, I was a happy person quietly collecting a few custom knives until I obtained my 6 from Ernie. Now I am prowling these forums on an almost daily basis. Dick

Mike, sincere congrats on your '6. It was just a couple months ago I was in your shoes, getting my first '6. I carry it every day and still think it's #1. You HAVE to post a picture or scan in this thread when you can. Share your joy, man!

Now that you have THE VERY BEST combat folder in existance, all the rest are just knives. If you're like me, you'll see the need for others, but the '6 will be one you carry the most.

Carry and use it in good health!
 
Yep, I am addicted now. Feels good to be a suspect. I will post a picture soon. This knife feels good in my pocket. I will be carrying this one for awhile.

Mike, thanks for the pic....two of my favorites! Is that '6 a zero grind, no date specwar, by chance?????
 
It is a pre-date Emerson but I am not sure about the zero blade grind. I am new to the custom Emersons so I may need some help. This is the one Jackstraw had up for sale the other day. I am lovin it
